Q: WHY GOURMET TO GO MEALS?

Answer:Our Chefs at Gourmet to Go are passionate about what they do! We developed a criteria for sustainable meals, and recipes that showcase healthier ingredients, that are responsibly sourced.

Gourmet to Go offers a wide-range of home-style, frozen cooked meals that are designed to save you time in the kitchen while allowing you to have great tasting, quality meals without the bad stuff.

Q: DO THE MEALS ARRIVE FROZEN?

Answer:All products are frozen at the time of manufacture and delivered frozen in an insulated bag with freezer packs during transport. Place meals directly into your freezer until you need them.

Q: HOW DO I HEAT MY MEALS?

Answer:The majority of our menu items can be reheated from frozen; but for some of them, we do recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator. Please refer to the heating instructions on the package, as every recipe has its own specific instruction.

Q: WHICH SIDE DISHES CAN ACCOMPANY THE MEALS?

Answer:Each main dish comes with an abundant amount of sauce so you can serve it with your side dish of choice. We suggest rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or salad. Browse our appetizer and side dish section so you can complete a meal with ease!

Q: HOW DO I STORE MY MEALS BEFORE I NEED THEM?

Answer:Keep the meals in the freezer until you need them. Once thawed, it is best to consume within 2-3 days.

Q: IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Answer:We strongly believe in being eco-friendly! Recycling reduces pollution, and conserves natural resources. That is why we go to great lengths to outsource only recyclable and/or compostable packaging whenever possible. Please rinse containers after use, and place in your recycling box. As for the ice packs and the insulated bag we have a couple of options:

a) Hand the bag back to driver upon delivery.
b) We will pick up on your next delivery.

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Answer:Please see the delivery chart for areas and cost of delivery in your area. The more you order, the lower the shipping cost. There are also incentives in place for subscribers to earn points to save on future delivery fees. To find out, please start by building an order.

Q: WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

Answer:Our delivery driver will leave your order on your front porch within the delivery time frame.

Q: HOW DOES SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Answer:When you subscribe, you will automatically receive meals at recurring intervals. Choose to receive you meals weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Q: HOW DO I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Answer:Log-in to your account, go to the 'Shop Boxes' section. You can select or alter the frequency of your delivery, and where you can pause or cancel your subscription.
